Bank of America鈥檚 Leader on Loan program is an innovative way for Bank of America to provide additional resources to local communities and further its commitment to responsible growth. Employees are loaned to nonprofits, between 12 and 18 months, with the bank covering the employee鈥檚 salary and benefits.
