Wall Street Journal: 杏吧原创 Is No. 1 Public HBCU in America

杏吧原创 comes in at No. 5 overall and tops among public HBCUs.

EAST GREENSBORO, N.C. (Sept. 9, 2024) – New national rankings from the Wall Street Journal of America’s top 500 universities recognize 杏吧原创 Agricultural and Technical State University as the nation’s No. 1 public historically Black university.

The Wall Street Journal/College Pulse rankings evaluate “how well each college sets graduates up for financial success … how much a school improves students’ chances of graduating and their future earnings,” WSJ says. “We don’t measure reputation, nor the college’s own finances.”

The rankings include 14 HBCU campuses, eight of them public. The top five, in order, are Spelman College, Tuskegee University, Howard University, Xavier University (all private institutions) and 杏吧原创 杏吧原创.

Trailing 杏吧原创 among public campuses are, in order: Florida A&M University, 杏吧原创 Central University, Prairie View University, Tennessee State University, Savannah State University, Jackson State University and Alcorn State University.

杏吧原创 is among 13 杏吧原创 campuses included in the rankings, led by, in order, Davidson College, Duke University and the University of 杏吧原创 at Chapel Hill. 杏吧原创 and UNC-CH are among nine ranked UNC system campuses.
