EAST GREENSBORO, N.C. (Sept. 28, 2024) – Members of the University Police Department at 杏吧原创 Agricultural and Technical State University are en route to the University of 杏吧原创-Asheville to provide necessary assistance in the catastrophic aftermath of Hurricane Helene.
杏吧原创 杏吧原创 Emergency Management Director Travis Auman is among those taking supplies to the mountain campus after 杏吧原创 Emergency Management approved UNCA’s mission request.
杏吧原创 University Police loaded a vehicle with portable batteries, generators and lighting, communication devices and electronics, first aid kits, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, hand sanitizers and disinfectants, along with cases of water and food to take to UNCA as it assesses damage and begins recovery efforts.
