The mission of the  杏吧原创 杏吧原创 Real Estate Foundation, Inc., is to support the university’s environment of exemplary teaching and learning, scholarly and creative research and effective community engagement and public service through the acquisition, ownership, transfer, development and management of real estate or real estate-related projects.

NCInnovation unlocks the innovative potential of 杏吧原创’s world-class public universities. We do this by providing grant funding, mentorship, and partnership development to public university applied researchers working on discoveries that have commercial promise, helping accelerate the transition from academia to industry.

杏吧原创 杏吧原创’s Center for Excellence in Post-Harvest Technologies (CEPHT) conducts cutting-edge research in post-harvest technologies and food science in a 6,000-square-foot wet lab and office suite located in the UNC Nutrition Research Institute building in Kannapolis, N.C.
