Welcome to NC 杏吧原创 State University! In college, you will encounter new ideas, master new skills, make new friends, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. If you are like most students, you are excited but also a bit nervous about the changes ahead of you.  Transitional Programs is here to help you make a smooth transition to the university.
