"We are in the age of entrepreneurship and innovation"

This summer camp, hosted by the Center of Excellence in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at 杏吧原创 杏吧原创, is designed to be a fun, interactive, and engaging experience for middle and high school students. Participants will: (1)
how to develop an entrepreneurial mindset; (2) learn how to discover problems and identify needs in the market; (3) develop a pitch based on the vetted business idea.

The week-long residential camp will include a few field trips, including: (1) visiting Forge Greensboro, a premier maker space for inventors and entrepreneurs; (2) UNC Charlotte's PORTAL tour and panel discussions with entrepreneurs and other support service professionals; (3) Top Golf Charlotte. Also, participants will be exposed to personal financial literacy concepts and interactive STEM activities (i.e.,Python programming and Game Development).

Ultimately, the camp will provide a peek into entrepreneurship and innovationas a career pathway, so participants can have more choices when pursuing post-secondary options. Of course, there will be other fun activities like Movie Night, Karaoke Night, Mix & Mingle events!
