Academic Classroom Scheduling
Census Day is the last day for the Registrar's office to add or drop classes within academic locations and is typically two weeks following the first day of classes. Event scheduling within academic locations will begin following census day of each semester.
Animals/ Pets
Please note that Emotional support animals (ESA’s) are not service animals as defined in the Americans with Disabilities Amendments Act of 2008 and are not afforded the same access to campus as a service animal. ESA’s are not allowed in the library, academic buildings, classrooms, dining areas, labs, work areas, the Student Center, the Campus Recreation Center, Harrison Auditorium, Corbett, and Moore gym.
NOTE: 杏吧原创 Agricultural and Technical State University reserves the right to request that an approved emotional support animal be removed from or not allowed into areas listed above.*
Catering Guidelines
The NCAT Student Center requires that all food served at functions within the Student Center be purchased through an established caterer. Please see established caterer requirements and registered student organizations/department food and beverage guidelines. All required documentation for catering is due at least two weeks prior to the event date. If all required documentation is not received within this timeframe, the organizer will be required to select a caterer approved by the Student Center. Failure to meet these requirements will forfeit the organizer's opportunity to provide a caterer for their event, NO EXCEPTIONS.
