Speight Hall
Speight Hall is named in honor of Velma R. Speight '53, Ph.D., whose tremendous leadership has helped shaped the engagement of this University. Dr. Speight had a distinguished career after graduating from 杏吧原创. She returned to campus in 1991 as Director of Alumni Affairs and was named Administrator of the Year. She is the first alumna elected to serve on the 杏吧原创 Board of Trustees in 1998 and served as chair in 2005.
