MySSP

What is MySSP?

My Student Support Program or MySSP are additional services provided to currently enrolled students in addition to the services provided by NC杏吧原创 Counseling Services at no extra cost. Services can be accessed through a mobile app available at the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

 

Services Provided

  • Free 24/7 real-time confidential support services for students via phone and live chat
  • Access to an on-demand library of videos, articles, podcasts and other media on a variety of mental health topics
  • Support services and on-demand content are available in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese Chinese, French, Spanish, and English
  • Services are free for students

How To Get Started

  1. Go to the app store on your mobile device and search for "MySSP", or click on the following link to the store page for your respective device: for Apple devices or the for Android devices.
  2. Download and open the app.
  3. Type "杏吧原创 A&T State University" in the box marked "School", click "Next" and follow prompts for personal information.
  4. Review the terms of use and consent. If you agreecheck the circle to proceed.
  5. Choose your preferences for push notifications and you should be all set! Enjoy access to mental health wellness content including assessments, podcasts, articles, and more!
