Follow these instructions for the Hyatt Greensboro

• Enter stay dates
• In the box that says "AAA / special rates" scroll down to group / corporate code
• Enter the code "G-NCAT" in the box and click search
  

CourtYard Marriot Note: 

A two-night minimum stay (10/18 & 10/19) is required. NO EXCEPTIONS
A maximum of two (2) rooms per person can be reserved.
A deposit of one night’s room and tax per room will be charged to the credit card provided.
The cancellation deadline is September 16, 2024. Any cancellations made after the deadline will be charged for the two (2) night stay.
The deadline for all changes need to be submitted by September 16, 2024.

***Special Note
DEPOSITS WILL BE REFUNDED ONLY UPON FULL AND COMPLETE CANCELLATION PRIOR TO September 16, 2024. THE HOTEL WILL NOT REFUND ONE CREDIT CARD IN EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT CARD NOR WILL THE HOTEL TRANSFER A DEPOSIT FROM ONE ROOM TO ANOTHER. DEPOSITS REMAIN ON THE RESERVATION AND THE HOTEL WILL NOT BE INVOLVED IN OR HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR DISTRIBUTION OF ANY ROOM DEPOSIT. IF A RESERVATION IS CHANGED OVER TO ANOTHER PARTY, IT WILL BE UP TO THE ORIGINAL GUEST ON THE RESERVATION TO GET REIMBURSED FOR THE DEPOSIT.
