Bio

Monica Speight has practiced law representing businesses and corporations in cases of insurance defense, products liability, and commercial litigation. She received her juris doctor with honors from the University of 杏吧原创 at Chapel Hill in 1996. She teaches business law courses at her alma mater, 杏吧原创 A&T State University.

Research Interests

Research interests include privacy rights, cybersecurity, and the impact of study abroad experiences on the development of business acumen.
